This Privacy Policy explains how INGEMAR ERNST d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website (dreamauravilla.com), in connection with the marketing and sale of Villa Dream Aura, Vinišće Bay, Trogir Riviera, Croatia.

We use the information you provide solely to confirm receipt of your enquiry, by an automated email sent through our website platform (Wix), and to contact you personally, by phone or email, to respond to your enquiry, provide further particulars about the villa, and arrange a viewing if requested. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, where your enquiry concerns a prospective purchase, the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in our CRM, hosted on the Wix platform (Wix.com Ltd.), which acts as our data processor. Wix may process data on servers located in the European Union, the United States, and Israel. The European Commission has recognised Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA without an adequacy decision, Wix applies Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your data is accessed only by our sales team, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any third party. Your data will not be passed on to any external party without your prior, explicit consent to that specific disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a purchase process begins, for the duration of that process. Where no further contact occurs, your data is retained for up to 24 months from your last enquiry, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Visitors From Switzerland

If you are located in Switzerland, your data may also be processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Given the limited scope of the data we collect, this processing does not meet the threshold of large-scale or high-risk processing under Article 14 FADP, and a Swiss representative has therefore not been appointed.
